Senior Sales Executive

Elegant Steel International W.L.L is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to manage key accounts and drive business growth in our stainless steel fabrication division. This role involves identifying new clients, managing project-based sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction from initial contact to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

*Handle end-to-end sales for stainless steel products and fabrication services.

*Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients, consultants, and contractors.

*Prepare and follow up on quotations, technical submittals, and commercial offers.

*Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and technical discussions.

*Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery.

*Track project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations.

*Report sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.

*Support tendering and bidding for commercial and industrial projects.

*Meet and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

Desired Skills & Experience *

*Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in stainless steel, construction, or industrial sectors

*Proven track record of handling B2B or project-based sales

*Knowledge of stainless steel kitchens, handrails, cabinets, and fabrication work is an advantage

*Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

*Strong technical understanding and ability to read basic drawings/specifications

*Qatar driving license and transferable visa (QID and NOC) required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
