Job Overview

We are seeking an organized, highly social, and client-focused Key Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience working closely with clients, particularly within the F&B, nightlife, hospitality, or events sectors. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring strong relationships, clear communication, and transparent execution across all projects. Given the nature of the events industry, flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and grow assigned key client accounts.

· Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams

· Build strong, long-term relationships through regular communication and follow-ups

· Ensure full transparency in all client interactions, reporting, and deliverables

· Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of client requirements

· Attend and supervise events and activations when required to oversee client satisfaction

· Monitor project progress and address any client concerns proactively

· Identify opportunities to upsell or expand client accounts

Requirements

· Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles

· Previous experience in F&B, nightlife, hospitality, or events is highly preferred

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Highly social with a solid professional network

· High level of integrity, professionalism, and transparency

· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

· Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

Pay: QAR5,500.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
