We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead end-to-end sales cycles and drive revenue growth across regional markets. This role is responsible for closing deals, managing key accounts, and contributing to strategic sales initiatives in the IT services and SaaS space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across regional markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and proposals to clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
  • Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and technical teams to drive pipeline growth
  • Manage and grow strategic accounts to maximize revenue and retention
  • Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline in CRM systems
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT services or SaaS
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals
  • Strong experience managing full sales cycles and complex B2B sales processes
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships at C-level and senior decision-maker levels
  • Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
