We are the #1 Procore Certified Consultant in MENA: working with real estate developers and contractors as trusted advisors to bring together the right combination of construction technology and implementation expertise so they can build better. We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our Construction Digitisation division.
THE ROLE
You are a salesperson who thinks like a consultant. Your job is to find contractors and real estate developers who are losing time, money, or control due to broken processes, and to win the deal that helps them fix it. You will own the full sales cycle, and you will own a revenue number.
This is a role for someone who builds relationships and designs the right solution from our portfolio of construction technology, implementation, and advisory services to close the deal.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

Identify contractors and real estate developers across the GCC who are struggling with project delivery, document control, cost overruns, or fragmented technology, and start the conversation

Run discovery conversations that get to the underlying operational problem, not just the surface request

Translate what you hear into a commercial proposal that combines software, implementation, and advisory

Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through to signed contract, and hit your quarterly and annual revenue targets

Work collaboratively with our pre-sales and delivery team for deeper technical demonstrations and scoping

Travel regularly across the GCC, with a particular focus on KSA, UAE, and Kuwait to meet clients in person

Keep your pipeline and forecasts accurate in CRM

Represent DCP at industry events, forums, and client engagements
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required:
-
4 to 7 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of closing complex deals, or volume based deals to consistently hit revenue targets

A consultative selling style: you ask good questions, you listen carefully, and you design solutions around what you hear

Background in construction, construction technology, professional services sold into construction, or SaaS
-
Solid understanding of how construction projects actually work, including the roles, construction processes, procurement cycles, and how businesses buy software and services

Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken

Ability to work in the UAE

Comfortable with regular travel across the MENA, including KSA, UAE, Kuwait, and Egypt
Preferred:

Familiarity with Procore, Egnyte, Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Archdesk, Plan Radar, or similar platforms

Existing relationships with contractors, developers, or consultants in the GCC

Experience selling alongside an implementation or consulting team
