Sales Executive – Building Materials (Gypsum Background)

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with strong experience in building materials sales, particularly gypsum and related products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project clients.
• Promote and sell gypsum products and building materials to achieve sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the UAE market.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in building materials / gypsum sales.
• Strong knowledge of gypsum boards, ceilings, partitions, and related building materials.
• Existing client network in contractors/project sales preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Arabic speaking is an advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
