Senior Sales Executive (Arab & Non-Arab)

Fales Grand General Trading LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in the tire & battery industry. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of sales experience in the UAE, MENA, Iraq, Africa, and other overseas markets. The candidate must possess a proven track record in tire sales, a good client network and solid knowledge of the tire market in these regions. This is a UAE-based role, requiring a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive tire & battery sales in the UAE, MENA, Iraq, Africa and other overseas markets, leveraging industry knowledge and experience.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and business retention.
  • Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs, present products and negotiate contracts.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients to secure new business.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the Accounts team to ensure timely payment collection and manage client invoicing issues.
  • Report on sales performance, market insights and potential areas of growth to senior management.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows and networking events to generate leads and promote the company’s products.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 5 to 8 years of sales experience in the tire & battery industry within the UAE, MENA, Iraq, Africa, and other overseas markets.
  • Client Network: Strong client list and database within the tire industry, with a solid understanding of regional market dynamics.
  • Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is required.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the tire market business in GCC, MENA, Iraq, Africa, and overseas regions.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Client Management: Ability to build strong client relationships and retain long-term business.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure business growth.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different regional markets and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
