We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive (Arabic Speaking) to manage and grow B2B sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong client relationship skills, proven sales performance, and the ability to drive business growth through outdoor sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with Arabic-speaking clients
  • Lead sales negotiations and successfully close deals
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Support and guide junior sales team members when required
  • Track market trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare sales reports and performance updates for management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales
  • Fluent Arabic (spoken & written) – mandatory
  • Valid UAE driving license – mandatory
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage key accounts

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates from Arabic-speaking nationalities preferred, based on business requirements
  • Experience in trading, building materials is an advantage
