Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of proven experience in international freight forwarding sales, with a strong understanding of sea export. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and expanding our market presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international freight forwarding
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 4–5 years of sales experience in international freight forwarding (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC logistics market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in ERP/ CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
