Sales Manager – Real Estate | Ajman

Arfeen Real Estate is hiring a performance-driven and experienced Sales Manager to oversee our growing sales operations in Ajman. We are looking for a strategic leader who can elevate team output, drive revenue growth, and play a key role in expanding our footprint within the UAE real estate market.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of the sales department, ensuring all monthly and quarterly targets are achieved
• Design, refine, and execute sales plans that improve team performance and client engagement
• Train, mentor, and guide Property Consultants to strengthen their closing abilities and overall productivity
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, clients, and business partners
• Study market trends, review pricing movements, and explore potential business opportunities
• Represent Arfeen Real Estate at major events, including project launches, exhibitions, and networking functions

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales; UAE market knowledge is an added advantage
• Proven background in leading and managing a sales team of at least five members
• Strong leadership qualities with excellent negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills
• Valid UAE driving license with access to a personal vehicle
• History of consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets
