Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive fluent in Arabic to join our UAE team, working onsite in Karachi. The ideal candidate will bring strong sales expertise, cultural understanding of UAE/GCC markets, and the ability to drive revenue growth through effective client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Business development: Identify and pursue new opportunities in the UAE market.
- Client relationship management: Build and nurture long-term partnerships with UAE-based clients.
- Sales strategy execution: Implement sales plans aligned with UAE team objectives.
- Negotiation and closing: Lead high-value deal negotiations and ensure successful closures.
- Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with UAE colleagues to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Performance tracking: Prepare sales reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Language proficiency: Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written). English is a plus.
- Experience: 2–3 years in sales, preferably in B2B or service industries.
- Market knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE/GCC business culture and practices.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Availability: Onsite in Karachi with flexibility to align with UAE business hours.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
