🔹 We’re Hiring: B2B Sales Executive – Integrated Solutions
Alesayi Group is seeking a driven and experienced B2B Sales Executive to support the growth of our diverse portfolio of Real Estate, Property Services, and Integrated Operational Solutions.
This role offers the opportunity to represent a comprehensive suite of services, including:
• Real Estate & Property Services (sales, property management, retail & hospitality support)
• Security & Guarding Solutions (manned guarding, CCTV, event & VIP security)
• Pest Control & Hygiene Services (general pest control, fumigation, hygiene audits)
• Facilities & Asset Management (building management, maintenance, support services)
• Construction & Landscaping (hardscape/softscape, irrigation, infrastructure works)
• Cleaning & Specialized Services (industrial cleaning, shutdown services, restoration, maintenance)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across B2B, B2G, and project-based clients
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to closing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders
• Monitor market activity, including tenders, developments, and sector trends
• Deliver professional proposals and presentations aligned with client requirements
🔹 Candidate Profile:
• 3–10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within service-based industries
• Background in Facilities Management, Property Services, Insurance, or similar sectors
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value contracts
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (Arabic required, English preferred)
• Saudi Nationals preferred
