Designation: Senior Sales Executive – B2B Sales

Kosher is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to manage and grow B2B sales channels across regions. The role involves identifying potential clients, pitching products, closing deals, and maintaining long-term relationships with corporate and institutional buyers. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and prior experience in the FMCG or hygiene products industry. Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools is essential.

- Direct Selling to varied market segments – Kosher range of products are sold to many user segments viz. Large work facilities such as; IT /BPO cos, Hospitals, Hotels and to brands in the retail sector
- Selling to large corporate clientele.
- Planning and making Sales Calls
- Making Sales Presentations with powerful toolsets.
- Tactful negotiations and closing sales on the support of expert guidance.
- Active work with sales & marketing support team on enquiry generation and lead harvesting process with the benefit of learning about finer aspects of creating sales potential. - 24 – 32 years young
- Should be keen to work through the process of professional selling efforts.
- Should be fluent and effective in spoken English and also in the respective local language.
- At least 5 years of experience preferably in selling things to large offices and organizations.
- Should be smart, keen to learn, and should have the potential to work in a highly competitive work situation.
- Should possess a two-wheeler or should be willing to buy one.
- We are inclined to consider intrinsically competent ‘Freshers’ who would be professionally trained on the job and also through structured training programs.
- We would be keen to consider candidates with more experience and a higher level of competence.
