Job Summary

Kosher is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive – B2B to drive institutional and corporate sales. The role involves identifying potential clients, pitching Kosher’s premium hygiene and tissue products, closing high-value deals, and nurturing long-term corporate relationships.
The ideal candidate must have strong B2B selling experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and prior exposure to FMCG or hygiene product categories. Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets through field-based B2B selling across key market segments such as IT/BPO companies, hospitals, hotels, and large retail brands.

  • Identify, target, and convert large corporate customers through direct selling.

  • Plan and conduct structured sales calls, client meetings, and product demonstrations.

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations using professional tools.

  • Handle negotiations and deal closures with support from internal experts.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales & marketing support team for lead generation, enquiry management, and sales funnel growth.

  • Execute tasks with discipline, ownership, and strong follow-through to meet performance metrics.

  • Strengthen and maintain long-term business relationships with key institutional clients.

  • Smart, eager to learn, self-driven, and able to perform in competitive environments.

  • Must own or be willing to purchase a two-wheeler for field visits.

  • Freshers with strong innate capabilities and motivation may also be considered for training.
