Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our Saudi team, working onsite in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be an English-speaking professional with proven sales expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients in Saudi and regional markets.
  • Client relationship management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts.
  • Sales strategy execution: Implement effective sales plans aligned with company goals.
  • Negotiation and closing: Drive successful deal closures with professionalism and confidence.
  • Collaboration with Saudi team: Coordinate with cross-border colleagues to ensure seamless client service.
  • Reporting and analysis: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements

  • Language proficiency: Strong command of English (spoken and written). Arabic is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in sales, preferably in B2B or service industries.
  • Market knowledge: Familiarity with Saudi/ GCC business culture and practices.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Availability: Willingness to work onsite in Karachi with flexible hours to align with Saudi operations.
