We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our Saudi team, working onsite in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be an English-speaking professional with proven sales expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation and prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients in Saudi and regional markets.
- Client relationship management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts.
- Sales strategy execution: Implement effective sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Negotiation and closing: Drive successful deal closures with professionalism and confidence.
- Collaboration with Saudi team: Coordinate with cross-border colleagues to ensure seamless client service.
- Reporting and analysis: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for improvement.
Requirements
- Language proficiency: Strong command of English (spoken and written). Arabic is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in sales, preferably in B2B or service industries.
- Market knowledge: Familiarity with Saudi/ GCC business culture and practices.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Availability: Willingness to work onsite in Karachi with flexible hours to align with Saudi operations.
