Senior Sales Executive – Financial Content & Solutions

Location:  Cairo, Egypt



Job Summary


We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers while ensuring the successful delivery of financial content and digital financial solutions.

The role focuses on customer retention, account management, service coordination, and revenue growth, ensuring clients receive maximum value from offerings such as Investor Relations (IR) services, financial content solutions, and Decypha platform services.

The  Senior Sales Executive  will act as the key communication link between clients and internal teams, including technical and finance departments, ensuring smooth execution of services and timely payment collection.


Key Responsibilities


Customer Relationship Management


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing GCC and international customers.

  • Act as the primary communication point for all client interactions.

  • Maintain continuous engagement with clients to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.

  • Address customer concerns and coordinate internally for timely resolution.

Account Retention & Sales Growth


  • Manage contract renewals and account retention.

  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing customer accounts.

  • Present financial products and services effectively to increase revenue from current clients.

  • Prepare professional proposals and communicate product value clearly.

Service Delivery Coordination


  • Work closely with technical and development teams to ensure services are delivered accurately and on time.

  • Translate client requirements into clear operational tasks for internal teams.

  • Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines.

Cross-Department Collaboration


  • Maintain continuous coordination with technical, product, and finance teams.

  • Ensure alignment between sales commitments and operational execution.

  • Share client feedback to support service and product improvements.

Financial Follow-up & Collections


  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment and collections.

  • Monitor outstanding balances and proactively resolve payment delays.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

  • 3–6 years of experience in sales, account management, or client relationship management.

  • Experience in financial services, financial data platforms, or Investor Relations solutions is preferred.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
