Are you a high-performing sales professional who thrives on generating strong Gross Profit (GP) and closing high-value logistics deals? Our client, a well-established Freight Forwarding & Logistics company in the Middle East, is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to drive aggressive business growth and profitability.

This role is designed for someone who doesn’t just maintain accounts- but actively hunts, builds, and scales a profitable customer base. The ideal candidate brings a proven record of delivering exceptional ROI and can consistently generate at least 4× GP compared to their cost of employment.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & New Business Acquisition

  • Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy to expand market reach and win high-potential clients.
  • Consistently meet or exceed the GP targets aligned with operational/employee cost benchmarks.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across core services:
  • Air Freight (Import/Export)
  • Ocean Freight (LCL/FCL)
  • Customs Brokerage & Compliance
  • Warehousing & Distribution
  • Prepare and negotiate competitive rates, proposals, and long-term service agreements while ensuring healthy profit margins.

Account Management

  • Manage a portfolio of key customers, offering end-to-end logistics solutions tailored to their supply chain requirements.
  • Conduct client performance reviews to enhance service value and explore upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Coordinate closely with Operations, Documentation, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution and timely invoicing.

Market Research & Reporting

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing, trade lane performance, and customer behavior.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and GP analysis to management.
  • Maintain all customer information and sales activities accurately within CRM systems.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience specifically within Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or 3PL/Logistics.
  • Proven success in achieving challenging sales and GP performance targets.
  • Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020, global trade lanes, customs clearance procedures, and shipping documentation.
  • Ability to design profitable logistics solutions for complex customer requirements.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and excellent MS Office skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license with willingness to travel within the region.

Job location : Dubai

Salary Budget: AED 8,000 to 12,000 per month + commission on new leads/closures

Type of Employment: Full time/ Permanent
