Our client is a leading freight forwarding and logistics partner with 40+ years of excellence in providing air freight, sea freight (LCL/FCL), customs brokerage, project cargo, and global supply chain solutions. As certified members of IATA, WCA, FIATA & JCTrans, they support exporters and importers across multiple international markets.

Timings:
Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sat: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

You will play a key role in driving business growth, identifying new clients, promoting freight services, and maintaining strong industry relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in air, sea, and multimodal freight forwarding.
• Meet potential clients and present company services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and handle negotiations.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate with operations for seamless shipment execution.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, freight rates, and competitors.
• Maintain sales records and submit reports to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–4 years of sales experience (freight forwarding/logistics preferred).
• Knowledge of air freight, sea freight, and customs processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and dynamic personality.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Compensation & Benefits

• Rs. 60,000 – 75,000 + performance-based commission.
• If you have an existing client base generating Rs. 350,000 – 500,000 monthly profit, package will be Rs. 90,000 + commission.
