Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional luxury selling experience by leveraging in-depth product knowledge and refined interpersonal skills.
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales targets, contributing to overall business success.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through personalized service, maintaining a strong client book and ensuring repeat business.
• Provide expert advice on product heritage, materials (diamonds, gemstones), and trends within the luxury market.
• Handle after-sales service with professionalism, adhering to repair, return, and follow-up procedures to ensure client satisfaction.
• Represent the brand with poise and elegance, embodying its values in every client interaction.

Candidate Profile

• Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years in luxury retail, preferably in fine jewelry sales, with extensive knowledge of diamonds and gemstones.
• Passion for Luxury: Genuine enthusiasm for luxury jewelry, craftsmanship, and client experience.
• Sales Excellence: Strong track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
• Customer-Centric: Exceptional service and communication skills, with the ability to anticipate and exceed client needs.
• Team-Oriented: Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to support team success.
