- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging trends in the Pakistani software market.
- Analyze competitors and industry dynamics to develop effective sales strategies.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events.
- Employ a combination of persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building techniques.
- Communicate effectively with the clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Conduct product and service demonstrations/presentations to showcase the value of our IT/Software solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and quotas within specified timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven experience in IT/Software sales.
- Knowledge/Experience of .Net and SharePoint is a PLUS.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software solutions and industry trends.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
