Senior Sales Executive - Protective Coatings

Job Summary

This is a sales role focused on promoting and selling performance coatings products to both new and existing clients. The primary objective is to build strong customer relationships to drive sales growth, achieve profit margins, and ensure timely payments, ultimately expanding the company's market share.

This position is based in Lahore and reports directly to the Sales Manager for Protective & Marine Coatings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Account Management: Achieve sales targets by managing customer relationships and identifying profitable growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to address customer needs, prioritize initiatives, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Project Management: Closely monitor project progress, resolve issues, respond to technical/commercial queries, and inspect work to ensure timely project completion and optimal product performance.
  • Business Development: Promote products and solutions to key decision-makers (owners, consultants) through meetings and presentations to secure project specifications and create new sales opportunities.
  • Territory Management: Follow up on projects within the assigned geographic area to ensure product usage aligns with sales targets.
  • Financial Management: Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are received within the agreed-upon terms.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial Sales or the Paints and Coatings industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
