Senior Sales Executive – Spare Parts (OEM Level)

Position: Senior Sales Executive – Spare Parts (OEM Level)

Job Purpose

To drive regional sales growth for OEM Parts and Accessories by developing and executing strategic sales plans, strengthening dealer networks, and ensuring achievement of revenue and gross profit targets across assigned territories.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement the Sales Business Plan for OEM Parts and Accessories across the assigned region.
  • Achieve sales targets and Gross Profit objectives in line with company goals.
  • Drive penetration of Genuine Oils, Tyres, and Batteries.
  • Analyze sales performance and recommend corrective actions to meet objectives.
  • Participate in setting regional sales and pricing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Dealer & Channel Management

  • Develop customer engagement programs with channel partners to improve business performance.
  • Strengthen dealer relationships through structured communication and operational guidance.
  • Improve dealer business operations through audits and adherence to OEM standards.
  • Monitor competitor activities and propose strategic countermeasures.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for dealer staff.
  • Mentor and monitor team members to ensure KPI achievement and continuous improvement.

Reporting & Performance Management

  • Prepare Weekly and Monthly sales reports covering target achievement and gap analysis.
  • Conduct Monthly PDCA reviews to drive business improvement and action planning.
  • Track and monitor:
  • Parts Sales (Units)
  • Accessory Sales (Units)
  • Gross Profit by product and model
  • Budget performance (Plan vs. Actual)
  • Dealer CSI improvement and targets

Digital & Systems Utilization

  • Utilize CRM/DMS systems and digital tools for tracking, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in Business, Engineering, or Commerce.
  • 10–15 years of experience in Automotive Parts Sales at OEM level.
  • Experience managing regional dealer networks across GCC and export markets.

Technical Knowledge

  • Channel Management & Dealer Operations.
  • CRM / DMS Systems and Business Analytics.
  • Automotive dealer/distributor business processes.
  • Sales operations, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Kaizen methodology and training delivery.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Automotive Parts Sales at OEM level: 10 years (Required)
  • OEM level: 5 years (Required)
  • GCC: 10 years (Required)
