Milaha is looking for a
Senior Sales Executiv
e to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and delivering tailored logistics solutions across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within the logistics and 3PL sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Understand customer supply chain requirements and develop a customized logistics solution.

Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.

Collaborate closely with Pricing, Sales Support, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.

Achieve sales targets while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer information within the CRM system.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
-
Bachelor's Degree.

4–6 years of experience in a similar sales role.

Proven track record
in 3PL, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain, Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Land Transportation, Warehousing, or Contract Logist
ics.

Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.

Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office 365

Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
