Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development: Generate leads, manage showroom walk-ins, meet with clients (B2B/B2C), and achieve sales targets.
  • Client Interaction: Understand client needs, interpret them into kitchen designs, present solutions, negotiate terms, and close sales.
  • Design & Technical: Work with designers to create concept plans, working drawings, and detailed project reports, ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of kitchen trends, materials, and installation processes to advise clients effectively.
  • Post-Sales Coordination: Prepare order information, coordinate with production, liaise with site supervisors, and visit sites for installation checks.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily/monthly reports on sales activities and market analysis.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Sales Skills: Negotiation, closing, customer relationship management, achieving targets.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and verbal skills.
  • Design Aptitude: Ability to understand and present design concepts, knowledge of interior/kitchen design.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with modular systems, materials, and potentially CAD software.
