Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth & Market Development
- • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across retail, B2B, and project channels.
- • Drive category performance for Doors, MDF (Melamine & High Gloss), and Décor/Flooring.
- • Build strong relationships with contractors, designers, joinery firms, and developers to generate new business.
- • Support showroom teams in converting leads, upselling, and executing cross-selling bundles.
- • Monitor branch/category performance and implement corrective actions.
- Product & Marketing Strategy
- • Identify market trends, fast-moving designs, and customer preferences to plan product mix and new introductions.
- • Recommend pricing and margin strategies to balance competitiveness and profitability.
- • Coordinate with suppliers and marketing for product launches, displays, and promotional campaigns.
- • Plan showroom visual merchandising and combo offers to enhance category visibility.
- Inventory Management & Forecasting
- • Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely replenishment across showrooms and warehouses.
- • Analyze stock movement to manage slow-moving or obsolete items through promotions or clearance.
- • Work with procurement and logistics for smooth supply chain and product availability.
- Training & Coordination
- • Train sales teams on product specifications, installation know-how, and selling techniques.
- • Collaborate with marketing, procurement, and warehouse teams to align sales strategies and operations.
- • Support branches with client presentations, project consultations, and after-sales coordination.
- Reporting & Analysis
- • Prepare regular sales, margin, and inventory performance reports.
- • Analyze best-selling products, customer feedback, and competitor activities for strategic decision-making.
- • Recommend improvements in product mix, display, and pricing based on data insights.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Achievement of monthly/annual sales and margin targets.
• Category contribution to total showroom and project revenue.
• Inventory turnover and stock availability of fast-moving SKUs.
• Growth in new client acquisitions and repeat business.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Interior Design.
• 4-6 years' experience in building materials, décor, joinery, or related sales.
• Strong product knowledge in doors, MDF panels, décor, and flooring systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems for reporting and inventory management.
