Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and developing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include managing a sales team, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires collaboration with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales processes and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management, client relationship management, and developing sales strategies
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a sales team
  • Market research and business development skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
  • Previous experience in the workspace or coworking industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
