To strengthen our footprint in the Middle East, we are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead sales activities and expand our client base across Dubai and the UAE.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source, qualify, and close new business with real estate brokerages, agents, and developers
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding and ensure smooth client activation
  • Provide expert guidance on transaction flows and cross-border payment best practices
  • Build partnerships and drive market growth in Dubai and the UAE
  • Track and report sales metrics and pipeline performance to management
  • Ensure compliance with UAE and international financial regulations in all interactions


Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3+ years of real estate sales experience in Dubai or the GCC, with a proven track record of success (must-have)
  • Strong network within Dubai’s real estate market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in digital tools
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • Self-driven and results-oriented
