Role Summary

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for real estate projects. This role involves strategizing, planning, and executing effective sales initiatives, building client relationships, and coordinating closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed company sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance, productivity, and team collaboration.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead contact and client engagement to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and partners to support long-term business success.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing to align sales campaigns and promotions with market demands.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and budget plans for senior management.
  • Conduct training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, negotiation, and customer service.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics, sales processes, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Google Suite.
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
