Senior Sales Manager

• Work directly under the National Sales Manager and assist in overseeing sales operations across the country.
• Monitor overall sales performance and growth trends nationwide.
• Coordinate with sales representatives and support staff to ensure sales targets are met.
• Assist in planning and executing sales strategies, promotions, and market expansion.
• Help in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics for management.
• Support in training, guiding, and motivating the sales team.
• Liaise between National Sales Manager, clients/customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
