Job Title: Senior Sales Manager (Remote – Pakistan)

Location: Home-based (anywhere in Pakistan)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM (U.S. Eastern / NYC time)

Position Overview

We are hiring a Senior Sales Manager based in Pakistan to work remotely with our U.S.-based team. This role is ideal for a highly professional sales leader with a Chartered Accountant background, strong experience in closing and audit, and a proven record of driving revenue growth. The position is fully home-based and requires working U.S. hours (NYC time).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing with U.S. and international clients
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
  • Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships through professional follow-up and account management
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance summaries for management
  • Work closely with finance on month-end closing, audit preparation, and revenue documentation
  • Ensure all sales contracts and financial records are accurate, compliant, and audit-ready
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales KPIs
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity

Mandatory Requirements

  • Based in Pakistan and able to work from home with a stable internet connection
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification – required
  • Articleship completed (ppppp article / professional training must be finished)
  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in B2B or service-based sectors
  • Hands-on experience with closing and audit processes (month-end close, audit support, documentation)
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, internal controls, and compliance
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM platforms

  • Highly professional and polished in communication and presentation
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Analytical mindset, able to connect financial insight with commercial decisions
  • Strong time management and ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple deals simultaneously
  • Experience coordinating or leading small sales teams is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, especially in pricing, contracts, and documentation
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and results-focused
