About the role:
A Senior Sales Manager drives growth by bringing in new clients and partnerships for your assigned categories. Own your pipeline, close deals, and collaborate across teams to expand revenue and market presence in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
What you'll do:

Identify, target, and acquire new clients, brands, and sellers for assigned product categories (e.g., office supplies, IT hardware, packaging).

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue, GMV, and margin growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential partner organizations.

Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, promotions, contracts, and terms.

Collaborate with internal teams (category, marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth onboarding and execution for new clients.

Analyze market trends, competitors, and client potential to identify growth opportunities.

Set and track targets and KPIs for new business acquisition.

Mentor junior team members involved in sales development activities, where applicable.
What you'll need:

7–10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account acquisition, preferably within e-commerce, marketplaces, FMCG, or B2B distribution.

Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.

Strong commercial acumen with experience in negotiation, pricing, and deal structuring.

Experience managing assigned categories or verticals is preferred.

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a proactive, hunter mindset.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Experience in the GCC or regional market is a strong advantage.
