About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager (m f d) who can lead strategic client acquisition and strengthen long term enterprise partnerships across global markets. You will not just be selling software, you will be shaping how businesses adopt digital transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership
Drive enterprise sales strategy across key markets and manage high value B2B accounts.

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long term partnerships with enterprise clients, ensuring strong account growth and retention.

Pipeline Development
Identify new business opportunities, build qualified pipelines, and convert leads into strategic contracts.

Cross Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to align customer needs with product capabilities.

Market Expansion
Develop strategies to expand into new regional markets and industry verticals.

What We Are Looking For
Experience
6 plus years in B2B enterprise sales with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.

Track Record
Proven success in closing high value contracts and managing complex sales cycles.

Communication Skills
Strong ability to present, negotiate, and build trust with senior stakeholders and decision makers.

Mindset
You are strategic, data driven, and comfortable working in fast paced environments where ownership and accountability matter.

Pay: KD1,600.000 - KD2,600.000 per month
