Senior Sales Manager – Media & Digital Advertising
Kuwait City, Kuwait | Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, commercially driven, and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead our media and digital advertising sales operations in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in media, advertising, digital marketing, publishing, or similar industries, with a strong understanding of the Kuwait market and an established network of media agencies, advertisers, and key decision-makers.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth and market expansion objectives.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with advertisers, media agencies, and direct clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, marketing leaders, brand managers, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and client presentations to negotiations and closing deals.
  • Promote and sell digital advertising solutions, including display, video, social media, programmatic, influencer marketing, native advertising, and branded content.
  • Create and present customized advertising proposals tailored to client objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, creative, and account management teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital advertising technologies.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and performance reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in media, advertising, digital marketing, publishing, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in advertising sales, business development, and client relationship management.
  • Existing relationships with media agencies and advertisers in Kuwait are highly preferred.
  • Strong network of media agencies, advertisers, and key decision-makers within Kuwait and the GCC region.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising, media planning, programmatic advertising, social media advertising, and performance marketing.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently while leading strategic commercial initiatives.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing relationships with major advertising agencies and leading brands in Kuwait.
  • Experience selling digital media, online advertising, AdTech, MarTech, publishing solutions, or media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of GCC advertising trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
  • Experience managing key accounts and enterprise-level clients.
