We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join our New Market Sales Department. This role is pivotal in driving business expansion across the Middle East, North Africa, and so on.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets; build and maintain strong client networks.

2. Lead end-to-end project management: tendering, commercial negotiations, contract signing, and execution follow-up.

3. Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and develop competitive market entry strategies.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and high client satisfaction.

5. Support team capability development and contribute to achieving regional sales targets.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Petroleum Engineering, Marketing, International Trade, or Business Administration; Master’s preferred.

2. 8+ years of sales experience in the oilfield service industry; candidates from Schlumberger, Halliburton, Baker Hughes, or Weatherford preferred.

3. Fluent in Arabic (client communication), Chinese, and English.

4. Strong knowledge of oil company networks and bidding processes in the Middle East, North Africa, and Central Asia.

5. Excellent negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills; able to manage complex client relationships independently.

6. Willingness to travel frequently or be based overseas long-term; globally oriented mindset.
