Senior Sales Manager (B2B)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead B2B sales activities for software development services, including custom web/mobile applications, ERP systems, SaaS solutions, and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in outbound sales, enterprise deal closing, relationship management, and building long-term client pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, networking, partnerships, and referrals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closing.
  • Conduct discovery meetings and present tailored software solutions to clients.
  • Build relationships with startups, SMEs, enterprises, and government entities.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
  • Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline reports.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Identify partnership and co-selling opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in software development or IT services.
  • Strong understanding of web development, mobile apps, SaaS, ERP, or digital solutions.
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales and high-ticket deal closing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Existing business network in Egypt or GCC is a plus.
