Senior Sales Manager – Data Center Solutions
Location: Remote (with required travel)

Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and entrepreneurial Senior Sales Manager with strong expertise in data center infrastructure. The ideal candidate has a proven track record selling solutions such as racks, raised flooring, containment, cabling, PDUs, and related hardware, and brings strong relationships across data center operators, integrators, EPCs, and IT infrastructure buyers. This role will play a key part in building our go-to-market strategy and driving early-stage growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development across hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and edge data center segments.
  • Identify, engage, and acquire new clients including developers, consultants, contractors, and facility teams.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline for data center infrastructure products.
  • Develop partnerships with OEMs, suppliers, and logistics partners to support product availability and delivery.
  • Support market entry planning, pricing, and sales process development.
  • Represent the brand at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
  • Track market trends to identify new product opportunities and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategy, channel development, and marketing initiatives.

Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of sales or business development experience in data center infrastructure, IT hardware, or facilities.
  • Strong network across the data center ecosystem and familiarity with procurement and engineering stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of racks, flooring, containment, cooling, and power distribution products.
  • Proven success operating independently in startup or new-business environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable working autonomously.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
