Senior Sales Manager (Electronics and Home Appliances)

Job Scope

The Senior Sales Manager is tasked with driving sales growth across the electronics and home appliances portfolio, with a strong emphasis on B2B sales. This role encompasses strategic planning, key account management, team leadership, and support for the recruitment and development of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans in alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead B2B sales activities for electronics and home appliances.
  • Manage key accounts while fostering long-term customer relationships.
  • Set sales targets, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring they are met.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Mentor and monitor the performance of the sales team.
  • Assist HR with the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of sales staff.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams.
  • Prepare sales reports and performance analyses for management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8–10 years of sales experience, including senior leadership roles.
  • Strong background in B2B sales within the electronics and home appliances sector.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Language Skills

  • Preferred: Bilingual (English and Arabic).

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to travel and attend client meetings as required.
