Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales for premium residential plot projects in Noida. This is an individual contributor role that requires a high-energy professional with excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales for residential plots – from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential plot sales (International Sales experience mandatory).
  • Proven record in target-based sales and deal closures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, independent, and result-oriented.
  • Age limit: Up to 45 years.
  • Join Date: Immediate availability preferred.

Work Details

  • Shift Timings: 11 AM – 7 PM
