We are seeking a driven and strategic Head of Sales to lead our real estate sales division. This role is responsible for managing a high-performing team, driving revenue growth, and developing effective sales strategies across off-plan and secondary property portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales consultants
  • Set sales targets, KPIs, and monitor daily performance
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for off-plan and secondary markets
  • Improve conversion ratios and overall team performance
  • Coach, mentor, and train sales team members
  • Work closely with marketing to maximize lead conversion
  • Build strong relationships with developers, brokers, and investors
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and internal company policies
  • Analyze market trends to refine sales strategies

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in UAE real estate sales
  • Strong track record in team management and achieving sales targets
  • Deep understanding of UAE real estate market and regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
