We are seeking a driven and strategic Head of Sales to lead our real estate sales division. This role is responsible for managing a high-performing team, driving revenue growth, and developing effective sales strategies across off-plan and secondary property portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales consultants
- Set sales targets, KPIs, and monitor daily performance
- Develop and execute sales strategies for off-plan and secondary markets
- Improve conversion ratios and overall team performance
- Coach, mentor, and train sales team members
- Work closely with marketing to maximize lead conversion
- Build strong relationships with developers, brokers, and investors
- Ensure compliance with RERA and internal company policies
- Analyze market trends to refine sales strategies
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in UAE real estate sales
- Strong track record in team management and achieving sales targets
- Deep understanding of UAE real estate market and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
