Position: Senior Sales Manager
Location: Kolkata (All Area) - WB
CTC: Up to 4.25 LPA + Incentives

About the Role:
We are hiring a Senior Sales Manager to lead and manage a sales team. The role focuses on driving sales performance, mentoring team members, and achieving business targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives.
  • Allocate targets and ensure consistent achievement of business goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and guide the team in lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term growth.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.

Requirements:

  • Graduate.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience with at least 1 year in team handling.
  • Experience in BFSI/Insurance/Banking sector preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Ability to drive results and meet deadlines.
