Job Title: Senior Sales & Marketing Manager
Job Summary
The Senior Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for the sales and marketing initiatives to drive Sales across all streams of revenue, memberships, banquets, rooms & F&B. Other than responsibility to achieve Sales / revenue targets, the person shall also be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, team building, cost optimisation and maximize revenue across all services. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, high-level client engagement, and execution of marketing campaigns to support the long-term business objectives.

Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Business Development
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, corporate tie-ups, partnerships, and sponsorships across different service / revenue verticals.
- Manage and mentor junior sales/marketing staff to improve performance.
- Maintain strong networks with corporate clients, event organizers, and hospitality partners.
Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
- Plan and execute annual marketing strategies aligned with the goals.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media campaigns, email marketing, and website updates.
- Review and approve marketing content, promotional materials, and advertising collaterals.
- Work with external agencies, designers, and media partners to ensure consistent brand identity.
- Identify marketing opportunities, seasonal promotions, and member engagement initiatives.
- Design marketing sales promotion & advertising plans for improving visibility of the various services offered by the company.
Events & Member Engagement
- Strategically support club events, tournaments, corporate gatherings, and festivals to enhance revenue.
- Develop member retention programs, loyalty initiatives, and referral campaigns.
- Gather feedback and insights to improve member experience and service quality.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
- Provide information on market trends, industry standards & ideas / suggestions for improving & maintaining standards and service quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in sales and marketing (preferably in hospitality industry across hotels, banquets, clubs etc.). Minimum 3 years experience at Senior Managerial position.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
