Senior sales Officer

Location: Karachi (Area will be assigned nearest to your residence)

Salary: Basic Salary + Commission

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute door-to-door sales campaigns for fiber internet services.
• Monitor team performance and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
• Train and guide new team members according to company standards.
• Maintain daily sales reports and coordinate with backend support teams.
• Ensure discipline, compliance, and quality in field operations.

Requirements:

• Own Bike & Valid Driving License (Mandatory)
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in the field and manage sales teams effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
