Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Sales Person to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 5 years in the FMCG sector, with a strong preference for experience in the tissue industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth in the assigned territory.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

· Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.

· Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

· Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and long-term customer relationships.

· Monitor product performance in the market and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education: Graduation (B. Com or equivalent preferred).

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with preference given to candidates from the tissue industry.

· Proven experience in handling key accounts and managing a sales team.

· Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Good knowledge of the market dynamics and customer behavior in the FMCG sector.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
