Senior Sales Person – Freight Forwarding

Summary:
A leading organization in the Freight Forwarding industry is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Person to join its growing team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have strong industry exposure, excellent client management skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics sector

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners

Develop customized logistics and freight solutions according to customer requirements

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth execution of shipments

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client presentations

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to develop and maintain professional client relationships

Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools

Minimum Bachelor’s degree required

Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional approach

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
