The purpose of the Senior Sales Representative role is to drive business growth and

revenue by identifying, acquiring and managing clients for Sunhub’s solar solutions.

This role leverages technical knowledge of solar engineering to deliver tailored,

plug-and-play solar systems that meet customer needs, while ensuring a smooth

and consultative sales experience.

high-quality solar components for manufacturers, EPC's, businesses and installers.



Requirements


Sales & Business Development

● Identify, target and acquire new clients for solar energy solutions.

● Execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

● Promote plug-and-play solar products to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer

satisfaction.

● Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.


Technical Expertise & Solution Design

● Utilize basic engineering knowledge to assess client needs and recommend suitable solar solutions.

● Coordinate with technical teams for system sizing, preliminary design, and feasibility checks.

● Support clients by providing clear technical explanations throughout the sales cycle.


Market Intelligence & Reporting

● Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings and evolving customer preferences.

● Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, forecasts and performance metrics.

● Identify opportunities for new products, services, or improvements based on customer feedback and market

insights.

Qualifications (Must Have):

● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).

● 3+ years of solar sales experience.

● Proven track record in B2B/B2C solar solution sales.

● Strong technical knowledge of solar panels, inverters, batteries and PV systems.

● Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
