Senior Sales Representative - Business Process Design Consultation

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, along with a proven track record of success in building relationships across government and private sectors.

  • Drive new business development and build long-term client relationships.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/annual sales targets.
  • Provide regular market insights and reporting to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of proven sales experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • A Strong and established network across both government and private sectors.
  • Solid experience in selling business process design consultation and tools.
  • Ability to lead and manage the entire sales cycle, including technical proposals and pre-sales activities, in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
