Warmly greet customers as they enter the store, engage in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions for their communication and connectivity requirements
Cultivate a deep understanding of Money Fellows products to effectively assist customers in making informed decisions
Achieve or surpass individual and team sales goals by actively promoting and selling Money Fellows products
Offer personalized support to customers, address inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience
Accurately handle sales transactions, including contracts, upgrades, activations, and payments, while strictly following company policies and procedures
Stay informed about the latest Money Fellows products, promotions, and industry trends to educate customers and effectively address their questions
Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure seamless store operations

Requirements

Possess a bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field
2 to 4 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated success as a retail sales representative or in a similar role, preferably within the financial or payment services sector
Solid knowledge of the retail industry and familiarity with the fintech sector
Exceptional negotiation and sales abilities with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven and results-oriented, with the capability to excel independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
Excellent command of written and spoken English
