Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Specialist will play a key role in driving showroom sales, handling high-value clients, mentoring junior sales staff, and ensuring an outstanding customer journey while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and close high-value retail and project-based sales.
• Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations to clients.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Guide and support junior sales executives on sales techniques and customer handling.
• Maintain strong relationships with repeat and premium clients.
• Ensure showroom standards, product displays, and brand guidelines are consistently met.
• Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer data in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for smooth order processing and deliveries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
• 4–6 years of experience in retail or showroom sales, preferably in furniture, luxury retail, or lifestyle brands.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to upsell and cross-sell.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
