Senior Sales Specialist

Position Objective
We are looking for a
Senior Sales Specialist
for our international client, which has built a complete ecosystem for logistics companies and courier services. Our client provides innovative IT solutions that help their customers achieve maximum comfort and control at every stage.
Responsibilities

Identify and attract transportation/logistics companies for cooperation through confident cold sales (cold calls and online channels).

Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end: from initial outreach to contract signing and post-sales support.

Accurately maintain all customer data and interactions in the CRM system.

Monitor sales-related documentation and control accounts receivable.

Provide detailed consultations on services; collect and analyze client feedback to improve processes.
Requirements

Minimum 4 years of proven B2B cold sales experience, ideally with documented achievements (services, IT, digital, telecom, logistics preferred).

Experience with long sales cycles (3 months or more) — large receipts and complex deal experience are strong indicators.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to work effectively with both clients and internal teams.

Ability to work confidently with digital and numeric data; strong system thinking.
Key Qualities

System thinking — ability to structure information, analyze numbers, and make conclusions.

Learnability — readiness to quickly understand logistics/transportation industry specifics.

Understanding of IT, digital solutions, or B2B services is an advantage.
Preferred (Not mandatory)

Experience selling complex products where explaining the value proposition is critical.

Documented personal or team sales achievements (KPIs, revenue, large contracts).
Red Flags

Frequent job changes (more than once every 2 years in the last roles).

Lack of B2B cold sales experience.

Inability to work with numbers/data or lack of structured thinking.

Conflicts at previous workplaces or conflict-based reasons for leaving.
Compensation

Salary range: 120.000 – 130.000 TL
