Job Overview

Enza Home Islamabad is seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Specialist to lead and manage high-value sales within our premium furniture showroom. The role focuses on providing an exceptional customer experience, driving revenue, and mentoring junior sales staff. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with excellent product knowledge, consultative selling skills, and a passion for home décor and interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement:

• Manage and drive high-value sales and showroom revenue
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their furniture and home décor needs
• Present products and solutions in a consultative and professional manner
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
• Follow up with prospective clients to close sales and maintain long-term relationships

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

• Mentor and guide junior sales staff and interns
• Share best practices and support team in achieving sales targets
• Assist management in training new team members

Showroom & Brand Representation:

• Maintain showroom standards, product displays, and visual merchandising
• Ensure a professional, customer-centric environment at all times
• Stay updated on new collections, materials, and industry trends

Reporting & Analysis:

• Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management
• Contribute to sales strategy development and business growth initiatives

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
• 4–6+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, interior design, or luxury products
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
