Senior Sales Specialist

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive in Jeddah and Dammam to drive business growth by developing strategic client relationships and identifying new opportunities in the logistics and transportation market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire potential clients (manufacturers, distributors, freight companies, and carriers) and maintain strong relationships with them.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Build and manage a strong database of potential clients.
  • Conduct presentations and introductory meetings to demonstrate the platform.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing the deal.
  • Monitor market trends and analyze competitors.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams.
  • Update sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.


Requirements
  • 4–7 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Experience in logistics, freight, transportation, or marketplace platforms preferred.
  • Proven ability to achieve revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
